Terms & Conditions

By booking or ordering any service or product from CleanWorthy, clients are bound to agree with the following terms and conditions.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Customer agree to verify the cleaning job done as soon as informed by CleanWorthy, else it shall be deemed satisfactory and no further action needed.
  2. Customer agree that CleanWorthy unable to guarantee complete removal of any stain and CleanWorthy shall not be held responsible for the remaining stain that unable to be fully removed.
  3. Any changes of booking or order are subject for availability and if exchange service or item is higher value, client agree to top up the additional charges involve.
  4. Client grant CleanWorthy the right to use the photos taken before, during and after cleaning for demonstrating and marketing purposes unless specified.
  5. Client shall ensure there is water and electric supply during the cleaning. 
  6. Confirmation of booking is on first come first serve basis upon payment.
  7. CleanWorthy reserve the rights to cancel any booking at anytime without any liability if service booked cannot be fulfilled. 

 

Rescheduling of Services

  1. Rescheduling of services or delivery is subject to availability and client agree to submit request to CleanWorhty at least 3 working days before the original scheduled date and time.
  2. Rescheduling of services or delivery is capped at 3 times, there after bookings and orders are deemed as delivered and no refund will be will be given.
  3. $50 administrative charge apply if rescheduling of services is requested less than 3 working days.  

Aircon Ledge Cleaning

  1. Clients shall be responsible to communicate to ALL their neighbours below their unit to keep the laundry inside their house and keep the window closed during the cleaning.
  2. If high pressure wash is needed, CleanWorthy will be removing major dirt manually to a reachable extend first to minimize splashing over to neighbour’s units. However, CleanWorthy shall not be held any responsibility if any neighbours below client unit is complaining.
  3. If client is living in condo or apartment, client shall be responsible to communicate to condo management before cleaning.

Aircon Maintenance Package

  1. Gas top up, part replacement, repair work and troubleshooting are not including in aircon maintenance package. For such services, additional charge applies.
  2. Session that not utilised for aircon maintenance package is not convertible to cash or refund or transferable or extendable. However, session(s) that is not utilised can be bring forward upon renewal of maintenance package.
  3. Splitting season is not allowed 

Aircon One Time Service

  1. Gas top up, part replacement, repair work and troubleshooting are not including in aircon one time service. For such services, additional charge applies.
  2. Gas top up, gas pressure checking and compressor related services are not available for compressor mounted on bracket without aircon ledge.

Aircon Troubleshooting Service

  1. Labour fee of troubleshooting is not refundable if the issue is not resolved for whatever reason.
  2. If part replacement is needed after troubleshooting, additional charge applies.
